Erzya-Moksha Electronic Resources and Linguistic Diversity.

Introduction

The repository is a collection of open-source materials, dictionaries and other related items for work with the description of Erzya, Moksha and other closely related Mordvin language forms. The subdirectories have relatively descriptive names and each one comes with a README.md of its own:

• dictionaries (development of Paasonen Dialect Dictionary of the Mordvin Languages)
• erme (Electronic Resourses for Moksha and Erzya)
• fieldwork-and-early-literary-texts
• soviet literature
• historical-mordvin-grammars (beginning with Gabelentz, Wiedemann, Evesevʹev, Râbov)
• myv_new-testament_1821-1827 (this directory has been separated from the other early literature)
• shoks_kolkhoznikinj-valjgij-1932-33 (a collection of newspaper articles written in the language form Shoksha)
• Erzya and Moksha Reference Literature: Bibliography
• Erzya Constraint-Grammar disambiguation and functions (Functions description utilized with both Erzya and Moksha.
• PaBiVUS = Parallel Bible Verses for Uralic Studies This includes Erzya-language Bible verses with morphosyntactic annotation. The sentences have been automatically annotated with Constraint Grammar descriptions written partially by Jack Rueter.

• UD_Erzya-JR = Erzya language project in Universal Dependencies since 2018 This includes original Erzya-language sentences from literary publications, grammars and research outcomes. The sentences have been automatically annotated with Constraint Grammar descriptions written partially by Jack Rueter and then manually validated.
